— Rules of Platform Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any gender include all genders. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

By accessing the 35bat website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies and rules published on the 35bat platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 35bat with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings — whether written or oral — between you and 35bat relating to the platform and its services.

1. 35bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at https://35bat.net/terms-conditions.
2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
3. Where a material change is made to these Terms & Conditions, 35bat will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform.
4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.

To be eligible to register an account and use 35bat services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity acting as a player).
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where 35bat's services are not permitted to be offered.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 35bat, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or using another person's identity, payment method, or funds.
• You do not have an existing 35bat account that has been suspended, closed, or self-excluded.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion or problem gambling register that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming platforms.

35bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a secondary government-issued document. Until satisfactory proof of eligibility is provided, 35bat may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain features of the account.

If 35bat determines that a User does not meet the eligibility requirements — in particular, if a User is found to be under 18 years of age — the account will be closed immediately. Any real-money funds held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the depositing payment source after deducting any winnings generated during the period of ineligible use. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in full.

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 35bat platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or bonuses accumulated therein.

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
3. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 35bat will not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
4. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 35bat support immediately via live chat at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
5. 35bat may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
6. You may update your account details at any time through the account settings dashboard. Changes to your registered name or date of birth require documentary verification and must be submitted to the support team.
7. 35bat uses optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to provide an additional layer of account security. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on your account.
8. You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the 35bat platform or create an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

35bat supports a range of local and international payment methods to provide convenient and fast access for Bangladeshi players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise stated. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the platform:

1. The minimum deposit amount via any MFS payment method is ৳100. Minimum and maximum limits for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction within your account.
2. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the funds returned to the source.
3. 35bat does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 35bat accepts no responsibility.
4. Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
5. Before processing your first withdrawal, 35bat may require you to complete KYC verification. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID Card (NID) and a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
6. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that payment method for withdrawals. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect account holders.
7. 35bat reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 6) and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
9. In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must notify 35bat support immediately. You are not entitled to use funds that were credited to your account in error, and 35bat reserves the right to reverse such transactions at any time.

35bat offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, free bet credits, and incentive programmes to registered players. These are designed to enhance your gaming experience and reward loyalty. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this Section 6, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer at the time of its promotion.

1. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed any required account verification steps at the time the bonus is claimed. 35bat reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.
2. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome offer unless a separate reload promotion is active and its terms are met.
3. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your account. Real-money Funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately. Bonus Funds will only be converted to withdrawable real-money Funds once all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.
4. Standard wagering requirements applicable to 35bat bonuses are published on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements represent the total amount you must wager using Bonus Funds before a withdrawal of related winnings is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means ৳20,000 must be wagered before related winnings are withdrawable.
5. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each wager staked, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate, and sports bets may have specific contribution rules. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are stated on the promotion detail page.
6. All bonuses carry an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met within the published timeframe, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. No extension will be granted except at 35bat's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
7. 35bat reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled while you are in the process of meeting its wagering requirements, the Bonus Funds will be removed from your account; any real-money Funds deposited in conjunction with that bonus will remain intact.
8. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus credit systems — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses, the cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
9. Free bet credits apply to sports betting markets only and cannot be used on casino games unless specifically stated. Free bets are single-use; unused portions of a free bet are not returned after a wager is placed.
10. Promotional offers tied to specific calendar events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Victory Day) are time-limited and valid only during the stated promotional period. Check the promotions section of your account for current active offers.

By using the 35bat platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the obligations set out in this section. Violation of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35bat platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 35bat.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or are ineligible to use the services for any other reason set out in Section 3.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or contact details.
• Using another person's payment method, bank account, or mobile wallet to deposit or withdraw funds on your 35bat account without the explicit written consent of that person and prior approval from 35bat.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing game information in real time, or otherwise acting to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the platform in a manner that simulates or replaces human decision-making.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or system used to operate the 35bat platform.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the platform to gain an advantage. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to 35bat support immediately; exploiting it is a criminal matter.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the 35bat platform. 35bat is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 35bat staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to access or interfere with any other player's account, data, or personal information.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true location or to access the platform from a jurisdiction where it is not permitted.

35bat employs fraud detection, responsible gaming monitoring, and anti-money laundering systems that operate continuously. Where suspicious activity is identified, 35bat reserves the right to freeze account funds, request documentary evidence, delay withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities — all without prior notice to the account holder.

35bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where account closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with applicable law.

1. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified via your registered email address. During a suspension, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay may be restricted. The investigation period will be proportionate to the complexity of the matter.
2. If 35bat determines that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, your account may be closed permanently. Depending on the nature of the breach, real-money Funds may be returned to the depositing payment source after deducting any fraudulently obtained winnings. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all closure scenarios.
3. You may close your account at any time by contacting 35bat support via live chat. If you wish to close your account as part of a self-exclusion request, please refer to the Responsible Gaming page for the appropriate process. Self-exclusion closures are governed by a different procedure and carry a mandatory cooling-off period.
4. On voluntary account closure by the player, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon closure.
5. Closed accounts may not be re-opened without prior written approval from 35bat. Any attempt to re-register following a permanent closure may result in legal action.
6. 35bat retains the right to maintain records of closed accounts for a period determined by applicable law and internal compliance requirements. The retention and processing of this data is governed by the 35bat Privacy Policy.
